This guide was written like your therapist who also happens to be humorous and a surfer. I’ve struggled with surfing anything bigger than 2 feet since I had a gnarly accident last year and this has been so helpful for me mentally. Also did the 1:1 coaching call and it was so worth it! Jas is the best!
I'm fairly new to surfing and feel like a complete kook sometimes so I thought I'd get a surf book to help me with the basics. I also have really bad anxiety in general but this book helped me learn some new tools to deal with it when I'm out on the water. Good surf tips, easy to read and actually affordable. Will be gifting a copy to my friend for Christmas!
Bought this book on a whim because I’ve been so put off by a bad experience I had surfing earlier this year and it has been so helpful for my anxiety and just for basic foundation skills. I feel better prepared and it was cool to understand some of the science behind it. Totally worth it!
